 Lights can be changed through the Key access door which holds itself open with spring arms Lights must be changed by removing the entire plastic face (that's right!!! the entire face) which is held by a retainer screwed to the outside of the sign. You may need (3) people and a ladder...and a little patience.

Damaged and Warranty items are shipped from our Manufacturing plant. Support and installation advise provided by actual makers of your sign Your request will probably go on an expedition starting from your salesperson, to administration, to remote sign company, and so forth.
Warranty items included materials and workmanship, and are proudly covered for the Life of the Sign. This we can insure because of the success of our superior product. Warranty is a calculated risk, and assumes the high turn around of PTA persons, Church Committees and even pastors... but sounds great as a sales-pitch.

How do you mount your signs?
We offer (2) ways to mount your sign. Direct Bury and Mounted to Concrete footer. See our features page to determine which is right for you.
Why Aluminum Columns? Everyone knows Steel is stronger!
There are many grades of aluminum. We use the 6061-T6 Alloy which has a yield strength similar to steel, plus we use heavier walls and wider columns. Each sign is verified through Structural analysis, not from a sales manual. Because Steel will react adversely against aluminum as well as rust almost immediately, this material should not be used unless absolutely necessary.
What is "Aircraft Grade" Aluminum?
Type "Aircraft Grade Aluminum" into a search engine, and you will find this marketing term used for everything except Aircraft (which like we do, select the appropriate alloy for the appropriate condition). Always request the exact alloy and expect to see real structural properties.
Why do you use Paint? Why not Powder Coating?
Powder coating is better than cheap paint, however Quality Paints, such as our High-Performance, Baked-on Enamel, which meets the AAMA 603 standard for High Performance is certainly better than cheap Powder Coatings.

Excellent Question!!! Our Drive to Design the Absolute Best Product, has forced us to eliminate any middlemen from the process. This has had an unexpected benefit, better prices without all the extra expenses. With our competitors products, you will likely pay for: Extra mark-ups, High Priced Marketing and Corporate Ownership. These things DON'T increase the quality of the sign...so don't pay for them.
